Brian K. Lureen,  President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lureen successfully combines professional credentials with a personal approach in directing the corporate initiatives of Heritage Fincorp, Inc. An accomplished Financial Planner, Mr. Lureen has provided financial services for more than two decades to a diverse clientele consisting of high net worth individuals, corporate executives, business owners, and corporate entities. A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mr. Lureen was a licensed Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional for 15 years and has earned various designations through out his career such as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). He holds FINRA series 6, 63, 7, 24, 27, 65, 53, and 4 licenses as well as a Fixed and Variable Insurance licenses in various states.  Mr Lureen has been a past member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, Financial Planning Association and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.


William D. Wallis, Board Member


Mr. Wallis  had a career spanning thirty years in telecommunications industry operations, strategic planning and business and financial planning.  Most of his assignments as an executive involved leading teams in transition, to which he brought organization effectiveness skills.  These were organizations starting new operations or assuming new functions, going through reorganizations or changes in strategy, or struggling with performance problems.  He held two international assignments of three years each in the Netherlands and China.  He led organizations with over 100 employees, provided program management support for over $1B of business per year, and had direct sales responsibility for over $ 150M/year.  He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations research and a Master of Engineering (Industrial) from Cornell University, and has completed executive development programs  in international management program management and U.S.  government operations.  Mr Wallis is an active volunteer with the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter of West Chester.
